Once upon a time, people did not create so much waste, and manure pits were an integral part of every home garden. On an island where there is no store, the art of repairing things and repurposing everything that would otherwise be thrown away is even more important. Thus, cans become containers, bottles have more than nine lives, and everything can become a new work of art! Although garbage is not separated on the island, the residence tries its own efforts to reduce the amount of waste by reducing the use of plastic, reusing materials and recycling. Our faithful Composter, made in cooperation with our residents, helps us in this idea!
