One guided yoga class as part of the Biševo yoga healing space program of the Biševo association.

Yoga practice by the sea or in the BIAR residence in Porat bay on the island of Biševo, in the nature of one of the most remote inhabited Croatian islands, is an irreplaceable experience.
Each yoga class consists of breathing exercises and awakening the spine, elements of Sun Salutation and basic yoga asanas, and ends with relaxation. The classes are therapeutic and respect individual differences and creatively offer options and solutions for the ailments we carry.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience with yoga.
Classes are conducted according to agreement, inquiry and according to the schedule from the tena.yoga page. Participation costs are intended for the implementation of the association's program.

Personal pickup is possible in Split, Zagreb, Komiža or on the island of Biševo at the premises of the Association.
For deliveries within Croatia, we use the "Tisak Paket" service.
For international deliveries, we use the services of the Croatian Post.
